Weikersheim Castle is considered the most beautiful of the castles in Hohenlohe. The perfect preservation, not only of the castle, but also of the area surrounding the count's residence is impressive. The highlight is the baroque palace garden with its unique wealth of figures.

In the end, the goal of every walk in the park, the orangery, with a wonderful view of the stone ledge slopes of the Tauber Valley. The lush castle garden is guarded and enlivened by stone statues. More than 50 figures: gnomes, deities and dwarfs, symbols of the winds and the elements.
Weikersheim Castle developed under Count Wolfgang II in the 16th century from the moated castle to the Renaissance castle with splendidly furnished rooms that have been preserved to this day with their complete interior. The knight's hall with its artistic coffered ceiling, the canvas pictures with hunting scenes and the life-size animal sculptures reflect the splendor of the ballrooms of that time.
