The small climb is the most demanding part of the ascent and is the only section prepared for clipping in with a via ferrata set, which, however, is not absolutely necessary for experienced hikers who are capable of high altitudes. The climb has rock steps, wire rope and handles ready and is therefore easy to tackle, especially in good weather conditions.

This is the key point in the upper part of the Prague Way, which is the normal route from the north and the easiest climb up Triglav. At this point the relatively easy via ferrata leads over “Prague” (threshold), an approximately 15 m high wall that is well secured with stepping pins and a wire rope.
