One of the most scenic and underrated mountain passes in cycling I would say. Slovenias highest paved mountain pass. You have a lot of nice switchbacks (24) and the special thing about this ascent is, that the switchbacks are cobbled! It's not bad cobbled like Paris-Roubaix. It's very good rideable and just different to all the paved roads. Fantastic views the whole time! It's 11.5km from Kranjska Gora with 830m vertical meters uphill. Not to steep.

Road cycling

This is a really beautiful ride that challenges right from the start with the ascent of the highest road pass in Slovenia. Descending to Trenta gives you a total of 50 corners or bends (26 on the south and 24 on the north side of the pass).
