The early bird .....
At dusk (6:00 a.m.) you should set off in midsummer. You still have the Mendel Pass almost to yourself and the temperatures are pleasant. Only a handful of insane car lasers break the silence every now and then. All in all, the noise is still limited early in the morning.
Three hours later the sun is in the mountain and the motorcycles make the trip nerve-wracking.
So you can enjoy the mountain and the exertions almost to yourself and complete the subsequent descent as safely as possible without disturbances.
