Tips
A tour to the horse's head is definitely worth it. On the one hand as a destination for a magnificent view over the eastern Taunus, for a snack as a reward for the effort (benches are plentiful), on the other hand as the anticipation of an easy return trip from the heights into the Weiltal.

Very nice vantage point with a really good all-round view. The tower also protrudes further above the treetops so that the view is not obstructed. In addition, it is visible from afar.

The observation tower on the Pferdskopf is visible from afar. The climb is not strenuous and from the top you have a very beautiful view of the Taunus mountains all around.
