The Hangar 7 is an extension of Salzburg Airport and the new home of the private aircraft fleet of RedBull owner Dietrich Mateschitz. The fleet travels as flying bulls to world-wide flight events and consists mainly of perfectly maintained, historic aircraft. All planes that are not on the road can be admired by tech lovers in Hangar 7.
Hangar 7 Aircraft Museum is open daily from 9:00 to 20:00. Admission is free and the building also houses a restaurant, bar and two café lounges.

Hangar-7 on the east side of Salzburg Airport is a multifunctional building that houses a collection of historic airplanes, helicopters and Formula 1 racing cars belonging to the entrepreneur Dietrich Mateschitz. The steel frame is completely covered with clear glass.
