From the outside this church looks a bit portly and depressed. The church tower with such an irregular cross-section that one might assume that the master builder threw in the towel when building the church tower top and only quickly added a simple top.
However, once you enter the interior, excitement follows. A lot of oil paintings adorn the walls, from different eras. You feel like you are in a museum.
On the wall with the front door are 4 17th-century paintings of Saints Saint Augustine, Saint Ambroise, Saint Jérôme and Saint Grégoire.
The monumental paintings of the cloister are from 1836.

The beautiful church of Treigny - Saint-Symphorien from the 15th century - is open for a visit (or a prayer). This should not be missed.
