A great compact old town high up on the ridge with no architectural flaws. Charming streets, great old houses, picturesque squares with fountains, interesting churches, small shops; everything very consistent! In addition, great views of the Orcia valley and the nearby Rocca d' Orcia enthroned on the ridge. Unfortunately, the old castle high up is currently a construction site.
