Yotham is a major channel in the Pevensey Levels. This vast wetland meadow area is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and is rich in both wildlife and rare plant life. The Levels are criss-crossed with footpaths and you can walk the entire length of Yotham and continue alongside Hurst Haven, another channel it joins. The views are of flat land that spreads out almost as far as the eye can see, with low hills to the north and east.
