Have you always wanted to know how cheese is made? Then you are exactly right here. The family business in Mayrhofen produces dairy products and cheese on 6,000 square meters. At eleven stations you will learn the secrets of milk processing and cheese production. In the show dairy, for example, you can see live how the Zillertal hay milk is processed into butter, cheese and yoghurt. And if you want, you can take the products home with you as a delicious holiday souvenir in the shop of the alpine dairy.
