A lovingly constructed museum village made of scrap wood houses saved from lignite mining, which have now been filled with new life through craft shops, nice cafés, a museum, a NABU information center on wolves and much more.

The history of the lovingly designed museum village with its wonderful shotwood houses began in 1990. The Erlichthof settlement was officially opened in 1997 as part of the nature and fishing festival. The Erlichthof with its historic heath houses has now grown into a small village with a farm museum, tourist information, restaurants, traditional workshops, small shops and the wolf museum. There are always exhibitions, guided tours, various holiday offers and of course you can also stay overnight in the holiday accommodation. Definitely worth seeing facility.

Very nice museum village with many possibilities.
Beautiful shotwood houses.
Few places to stay overnight, but it worked twice. Excellent!
