The Blodigrinne via ferrata can be reached in about 1.5 hours from the Lindauer Hütte, but be careful, you are in the high Alps here, we suddenly had sleet at the end of July. Easy to find up to the first part of the via ferrata, finding your way up becomes more difficult, on the way to the summit it is very difficult, as the last 80 meters are free to climb in difficulty level 3, there are no safety devices!

The Blodigrinne via ferrata is a challenging via ferrata that leads to the Drusenfluh, one of the highest peaks in the Rätikon at 2,827 m. Steel cable and trail sections alternate. The lower section features a difficult entry variant (D). Just below the summit (2,827 m), approximately 40 m of grade II climbing without steel cable protection is required. Climbing in a stunning alpine setting. The ascent is mostly on solid Rätikon limestone.

One of my greatest achievements in via ferrata. Very well marked and insured route with a climbing section on the summit, unfortunately I had to skip that, maybe next time. Descent via the B variant.
