In the Neolithic around 4500 - 3500 BC. A dolmen was erected in Knoldsborg near Bjerne at the highest point in the area. Unfortunately, the original building is now just a heap of stones. About 20 years ago, a farmer built a new, modern dolmen, which can be seen in the photos. An impressive place with a wonderful overview of the whole area.
