About Markus IT
Ich bin gerne Wandern, alleine oder mit der Familie. Für kleinere Touren nach Feierabend nutze ich die Berge vor der Haustür. Wenn die Zeit es erlaubt, werden auch neue Touren unternommen.

Since there are only a few vertical meters to master, the tour is easy to walk despite the length.
Part of the circular route leads along the B307. Another part on a country road. That is certainly not ideal, but owed to the goal of walking a circular route.November 15, 2020

The tour starts at a parking lot for hikers. However, numerous visitors quickly use the roadside for parking. So an early start is worthwhile. The climb is steep and exhausting. Supported by stairs in some passages. In very rocky places, steel cables are also installed as support.
It's damp in many places. Even on dry days, this leads to slippery areas. So I concentrated more on the route and many hikers, i.e. taking photos. The Gaisalpsee is worth the effort.September 19, 2020

Hm, the tour was made "public" earlier than I wanted. Therefore there were still duplicate photos. Somehow the default setting of the "Visible to" function is different between the app and the web application ...

This loop has no technical difficulties and is very easy to walk. Even if the Aigen car park is very busy, you won't meet many other hikers here.
It is worth stopping at the small Weissenalm (closed on Mondays).August 27, 2020

The circular route, with some steep sections, leads past the Lourdes grotto, the Maria Rast pilgrimage church, the first school building on site, a cheese dairy, a gold mine, a small zoo and the Gerlosstein railway.
At one point the circular route leads over a short stretch of Gerlos-Straße.August 19, 2020

The distance and altitude of the tour are easy to manage. We had very good weather with a lot of sun. The warmth was the most exhausting part of the tour.
A lot of people are still out and about at the Schlegeis reservoir. The further you go, the less there is going on. That changes suddenly at the Pfitscherjoch house.August 18, 2020

The ground is one of my most impressive experiences in nature. A steep but spectacular climb leads to a seclusion that one would not expect. A place to enjoy.Parking at the Gasthaus Häusling-Alm. Stop by after the hike and enjoy Kaiserschmarrn! Here is a link to a report by ORF: tirol.orf.at/radio/stories/3003297

A very beautiful, natural circular route above Zell am Ziller. There are two chapels and a nature trail along the way. Before returning, you will meet the Talbach waterfall and the via ferrata attached there. There the signs are not always clear. You can see it on our route :-) Some of the paths lead directly to another entry point to the via ferrata.
But at some point you will find the way past the small lake to the Talbach snack bar. The stop is strongly recommended.
Then it's back to Zell am Ziller via the Ziller promenade.August 15, 2020
