The popular section, which winds its way from Soest to the Möhnesee, is mostly well paved and offers great vantage points with a view of the Möhne valley and the Möhnesee.
The section is also part of the "Wegmarken am Hellweg" sculpture trail. Among other things, the three interesting sandstone sculptures entitled "Fern-seh-en-de" can be seen here.
Usually very busy on Sundays and public holidays.
