Mountain biking
The Ascea - Catona path is one of the most evocative of Cilento. Trail 824 is located in the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park in the Municipality of Ascea. The path connects Ascea village with the hamlet of Catona, passing through the suggestive Monte del Carmelo where the Marian cult of the Madonna del Carmelo, also called Madonna del Carmine, is celebrated.
