Punta Licosa is located south of the municipality of Castellabate, between San Marco di Castellabate and Ogliastro Marina. It can be reached by land from two points: to the south via a restricted road and to the north by a footpath. It can also be reached by sea by docking at the port. The road with limited access is taken at the end of the road that reaches Ogliastro Marina. It is also possible to reach the promontory via a path that starts from San Marco di Castellabate.

Mountain biking

The Licosa area is accessed by two main road entrances: one to the north consisting of an ancient mule track that starts near the port of San Marco di Castellabate and crosses the Vallone Alto di Licosa and another to the south, near the tip of Ogliastro Marina, with limited traffic with control gate.
