We leave the discovery trail here by going to the right in the direction of '' Le Fond de la Combe '' to reach the Prazon refreshment bar. 0H50.
On the left starts the steep path which leads to the Refuge de la Vogealle via the Pas du Boret. Continue straight ahead and, after a series of footbridges, while still following the path which climbs towards the bottom of the valley, you reach "Le Fond de la Combe" and its large footbridge which spans the Giffre. 1:15.
In front of you is the path which passes “Au Bout du Monde” and which allows you to reach the Chalet du Boret without difficulty. Above, well individualized, the summit of Ruan.
Cross the footbridge and follow the path towards "Le Fer-à-Cheval by the left bank". Arrived at the crossing '' Pass. de la Samosse '', turn right again to cross the footbridge. You've been there before on the go. 1:45.
Go left this time, direction '' Giffrenant ''. In the hamlet, leave the path that joins the Fer-à-Cheval on the left and continue straight to reach the car park. The unobstructed view from the track makes it possible to appreciate the extent of the torrential lava, the mechanisms of which are presented at the footbridge at the edge of the road.
Important: we draw your attention to the fact that dogs are strictly prohibited in the Sixt-Passy nature reserve, even on a leash
