I would like to point out this segment of the route, characterized by some spectacular rock "slides" (challenging but easy to pedal) which allows you to reach the top of Monte Adone while remaining in the saddle, with the exception of a short stretch before the top. At the fork you meet in sight of the summit, keep to the right. The route offers a view of the Setta valley and the more distant Apennine peaks that are nothing short of spectacular. To try.
