The Erdholländer was built in 1748 by the lord of Castle Edenserloog on a mound. In 2002 the Erdholländer from 1748 was completely renovated. He got new wings and a new copper-covered hood. The mill is now open as a museum and has a small collection of old household, barn and farm equipment in the basement that can be viewed. On Mondays and Wednesdays (April-October) there are mill tours leading to the conclusion of the miller's diploma.
