On the 5 km long circular hiking trail "Bergmannsweg Kirchdornberg" you will learn exciting, amazing and amusing things about the history of the earth and historical hard coal mining at a total of six themed stations.
The audio story of little Max, which accompanies the journey and can be called up with a mobile phone, invites children and families in particular to discover it.
A "television station" awaits you at the highest point of the route:
High up on the Bußberg in the Teutoburg Forest - on the so-called Schwedenschanze - the Kaiser Friedrich Memorial Hut is enthroned.
From here you can see far beyond the former mining area on the Ravensberg hill country to the Wiehengebirge.
At an audio station, two TERRA.vista radio plays explain the view.(geopark-terravita.de)
