Even if the name is a bit misleading, the Patscherkofel-Schutzhaus is a full-fledged and cozy mountain lodge with nice overnight accommodations. Especially after sunset you have a magical view of the Inn Valley and the brightly lit Innsbruck from up here. Also on a day trip worth a visit, because you can spoil yourself here with a delicious snack.
