Testimony of a prestigious medieval past, the remains of the fortified castle include, in addition to the keep, an enclosure with a polygonal ditch, an entrance gatehouse (12th, 13th, 15th) through which one accesses the lower courtyard, a curtain wall with battlements (14th century) linking the keep to the seigniorial dwelling and its semi-circular flanking tower (14th century).
