Old Obernhainer water pipe in the Hochtaunus nature park. This place is called "The Source" by the people of Obernhain. It was created in the 1920s. The supply line was not routed to the site because the "old elevated tank" was being built. The spring was restored in 2000 by Obernhainer citizens Heinz Marx, Hartmut Bender and Kurt Keller. This rest area is prepared by the citizens of Obernhainer on a voluntary basis.
