The Menotre Waterfall Parking offers two route options: park at Pale for a downhill trail on the way there and uphill on the way back, or at Belfiore to tackle the uphill trail on the way there and enjoy the downhill trail on the way back.

Mountain biking

From the town of Pale, going down towards Belfiore, it is possible to take two paths, one which can also be traveled with a mountain bike passes under the Hermitage of Santa Maria Giacobbe, the other, which can only be traveled on foot, winds alongside the waterfalls of the Menotre river. For those who are in these parts, I highly recommend a visit.
