From any point of the Baamonde Recreational Area we contemplate a postcard of this little paradise of inland Galicia, a corner where time seems to stand still. Like the waters of the Parga River that also stop here to form its fluvial beach, coming from its source, there in the Sierra de Cova da Serpe, before continuing on its way until it meets another river, the Ladra.
