Hiking
The fun way through this section is to scramble through a low cave (this is why the map sends you out to sea at this point!). My 78 year old dad enjoyed doing it today with me, and of course kids would love it, but it wouldn’t be for everyone. The rocks are quite slippery so go carefully. Torch not required.
If the cave isn’t for you simply walk round it over the cliff top.
