The Silvermine Nature Reserve is a bit hidden and therefore a bit quieter reserve. Here you mainly meet locals. At the entrance the adult pays 50 ZAR. At the start of the route there is a parking lot and toilets. Right next door is the bathing areas at the Silvermine Dam where you can also take a bath before or after the day trips. The track itself is not a big challenge, but it should not be a sensible hiking boot, hat, water and sun protection missing. Shadow places are absolutely in short supply. Have fun.
