Road cycling
The hardest route I've done, much more than Letters. Not doing it alone, and accompaniment, from Gacheta to Ubalá very alone. Road bike arrives without problem, EAT CORRECTLY AND EXCELLENT HYDRATION, vital in this outing. More than 4,500 meters of unevenness, 10 hours on the bike.
