Mountain biking
Starting at the top, there are 2 hairpin bends and then a steep, high ledge to jump from. I usually approach it on the far right; on the very left you can slide down carefully.
Really bad for hikers, but doable.
After that, it is mostly bumpy with a tree around it, the second tree has been sawn up.
There is a small shelter on the left, from there it is full speed!!!
