The Lastè bivouac, at 2,050 meters above sea level, is a simple barrel shelter, thanks to its bright red color it is easily identifiable even from a distance.Inside you can find nine beds with mattress, pillows and blankets.
From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the peaks between Alpago and Friuli, particularly evocative with the twilight lights.

The Lastè Bivouac (or Laste) is a classic barrel bivouac of the Berti Foundation type (the body that codified its measurements and construction characteristics). It rises at an altitude of 2,050 m, near the fork of the same name, enclosed between Monte Cornor and Cima Lastè, between Val Salatis and the upper Val de Piera. From here you can enjoy a splendid view of the Alpago mountains: Cima Val Grande, Monte Caulana, Sestier, I Muri, Cima Brut Pass and the Messer.
It can only be used in conjunction with the closure of the nearby Rifugio Semenza. Inside it has 9 beds with mattress, pillows and blankets.
