At least as a Werra Cycle Path rider with luggage, you don't have to try to continue cycling anyway. If you try, you have to carry your bike in the construction site, on an almost non-existent path on a steep slope. Only for very tough pilots :-). Detour via Leimbacher Straße, then suddenly nothing....
If you can follow other tips, the way to the train from Kaiseroda should be ok. You save yourself the federal road...
