Anyone who undertakes the journey from Assisi passes through this point along the path to the Carceri hermitage. The route is quite steep and mainly made up of loose scree, crossing enchanted woods. Anyone who sets off from the center of Assisi on the footpath to the hermitage "Eremo delle Carceri" (see komoot.de/highlight/307775) will pass here. Unless the vegetation obstructs the view, you have a fantastic view of the Umbrian plain.
