In my opinion, this section should not be marked as particularly dangerous. In this case, it is actually more confusing than helpful. My companion also sees it that way.

Hiking

A quasi-knife edge ridge near the top of Slieve League. For several hundred metres, this narrow and rocky path has an almost-sheer drop of over 550 metres on one side down to the roaring Atlantic Ocean. On the other side, a blanket of scree falls dramatically down to a lake several hundred metres below. In short, it's spectacular - but not for vertigo-sufferers!
