At the Liebherr plant in Nenzing, which was founded in 1976, a wide range of high-quality construction machinery is developed and manufactured, including: Crawler cranes, rope excavators as well as pile-driving and drilling rigs. The 254,000 m² plant (63 soccer fields) in Nenzing also includes branches in Rostock, Sunderland (England) and Killarney (Ireland). In Nenzing alone 230 technical engineers work in research and development, in technical construction and drive technology.
