Pilgrimage Church, Tschagguns
This parish church was built between 1452 and 1454, the Gothic choir of which is still preserved. In 1812-1814 the church was enlarged by Johann Nepomuk Bitschnau. It contains elements from the Gothic, Baroque and Neo-Renaissance periods. Frescoes in the choir and nave by Michael Anton Fuetscher (1814). Along with Rankweil and Bildstein, the church is one of the Marian pilgrimage sites in Vorarlberg.
