The picturesque wooden houses at the upper end of the large maple soils are neither a holiday village nor an open-air museum. In summer, the traditional and lovingly tended houses are home to farmers who have brought their cattle to the alpine pastures. In some houses you can stay here and in others you can buy the products directly from the farmer. Below the path to Hohljoch is also a small restaurant.

A detour is worthwhile. In the farm shop you can buy cheese, bacon, schnapps etc. A Vesper is also possible. Or you can go next door to the restaurant. The playground is great for kids! Starting from here you can take the panoramic path to the Binsalm, run the Enger reason or ascend to Falkenhütte. Or reward yourself after a tour with delicious Tyrolean food.
