The church of Arâches (Saint-Michel) - Built in 1725, the church of Saint Michel in Arâches is the fruit of the will of Jean de Lucinges, the parish priest of the place. The building is unique in the Pays de Savoie. Immediately, we notice the absence of any square: the entrance to the church, at the foot of the tower, is through a small shelter connecting the presbytery and the church. The interior contrasts very quickly with the exterior sobriety. Three baroque altarpieces in sublime colors await us. Saint Michael sits atop the high altar.
