Tips
The wooden observation tower at Östberget offers a beautiful view of Lake Storsjön and Östersund. On a clear day you can even see as far as Oviksfjällen and the Norwegian border. There is a café and a kiosk at the bottom of the tower. The tower itself is only open during the summer months.
