Mountaineering
The Ritterpass is the highest crossing between Italy and the Binntal. Accordingly, you can expect an incredible view up here. Particularly impressive is the view back to Alpe Veglia and behind towering Monte Leone.

Alpine pass from Alpe Veglia to the Binntal valley; great views of Monte Leone, into the wooded valley basin of Alpe Veglia and in the distance of the Valais and Bernese Alps; coming from the south from Lago Bianco, well secured in exposed sections (T3); to the north down into the Binntal valley steep boulder and scree terrain; despite markings confusing and quite stressful (T4).

It's actually quite difficult to traverse. The crossing via the Geißpfadpass to Devero and then over to Alpe Veglia is easier.
