Trout farm Hochspessart currently employs 16 full-time and part-time employees, of which 2 are employed masters. Gastronomy, wholesalers and retailers in the near and far are supplied - preferably with slaughtered or smoked goods. However, live fish of all sizes are also marketed throughout Germany and neighboring countries by means of two trucks.
