Hiking

For a few kilometres you feel like the only person in the world on this narrow winding path. This narrow sandy path meanders nicely back and forth between the vegetation between West-Terschelling and the North Sea beach. It can be damp in places, but when I was here in February after a wet winter this was limited to a few manageable mud patches. Nevertheless, the overgrown path is not accessible to anyone other than walkers. Strollers, wheelchairs or people with walking difficulties have no business here.

This is a beautiful walkway. Be careful with the very steep climb up the dune and you may encounter wet areas along the way!
