The plains of La Larri is a spectacular hanging valley characterized by large meadows where cattle graze peacefully. The views of the Pineta circus are impressive.

An easy hike to the waterfall with beautiful views.

From the PP campsite at the end of the Valle de Pineta, approx. 1,340 m, walk on the Camino Circo Monte Perdido with a small incline in a large arc to the smaller waterfall on the Rio La Larri. Red-brown rock formations of the Wassefal subsoil were a real magnet for hikers.

We continued with a steep incline to the valley of La Ribereta past the Refugio de la Larri. Large herds of horses and cows grazed there. On the Camino Lagos de la Munia we came to the foot of the Rio La Larri waterfall, 1,670 m. The waterfall is about 180 m high and falls at our feet with a roaring sound.

From here you can see the peak of La Munia. On the other side of the mountain range is France.
