This climb is just awesome. At the beginning, the driveway is rather boring without much view, until you come to the spectacular road "Combe Laval". This piece is one of a kind and an absolute must for any road cyclist in the area. In total, it is 11.6 kilometers and 736 meters in altitude to the Col de la Machine. The maximum gradient is still a pleasant eight percent.
