The construction of the palace in Lubiatowo dates back to around 1890, when the owner of Lubiatowo was Friedrich Wilhelm von Schöning. The palace's construction closely resembles the nearby building in Karsko. Due to the similarity of both buildings, it can be assumed that they were built by the same architect. The palace in Lubiatowo was built on a rectangular plan with an octagonal corner tower. The main entrance is located on the axis of one of the longer elevations, with a triangularly finished projection visible here. The other projections are finished straight. The palace is a two-storey building built of red brick, divided by strips of lighter brick. It is difficult to determine the style of the palace's construction, it can be considered an example of brick architecture with utilitarian forms. An interesting element of the farm buildings has been preserved near the palace. It is an impressive octagonal dovecote dating from 1902. The dovecote is built in a style similar to the palace. It is a red brick building, interspersed with strips of yellow brick.

Currently, both the palace and the dovecote are in private hands. They can be viewed from the outside.

The palace was built of brick in the 1880s. It was owned by the Schöning family and later by the Wölle family. After World War II, the palace was adapted for a primary school, which operated until 2000. The building is currently divided into apartments.
