The Tasserbach reservoir was once a "real" reservoir, of which there are records dating back to the 14th century. The current reservoir was created with embankments and a reed belt, which provide a habitat for a wide variety of fauna and flora. A 2 km long walking path leads around the reservoir and invites you to relax.
