Tips
There is a great view of Oberstdorf, the Nebelhorn and down to the Christlesee. The summit can easily be missed, because the signage is no longer there and he is off the beaten track.

The climb is demanding but you will be rewarded for the effort. Dizziness and surefootedness are a prerequisite. Put on sturdy shoes! Partly rocky or muddy sections.

Not to be confused with the Hahnenköpfle on the high Ifen, which is not that far away, but a bit higher.

The summit of Hahnenkopf or Hahnenköpfle is great, but unfortunately wrongly positioned here. You can easily miss it, because there are no signs anymore.
