This foundation stone is just besides the big tree on the Barker Road, in front of the Victoria House. Victoria Hospital was a hospital to commemorate the jubilee of Queen Victoria. This foundation stone was laid on 22 June 1897. As the hospital was heavily damaged during the World War II, it was demolished and Victoria House was built afterwards.
