Starting from Forni di Sopra, path 210 (1000m asl) to Casera Mamaiou after 211a to Forca Forada (2072m asl) the highest point of the excursion. Follow up to casera Tragonia (1750 m asl summer farmhouse with rooms and reachable by MTB from Forni di Sopra with a well-maintained forest road) Then follow path 209-211 up to the intersection with 222 which leads back to path 210 and closes the ring.
