Built in the 16th century, this example of hydraulic architecture is characterized by five basins on which a concave building with a rectangular plan develops. Originally the outflow of water was controlled by a system of vinciane gates, but it lost its function as a drain following the Taglio di Porto Viro. It therefore had a defensive and control function. Today the building is surrounded by a stretch of water and marshy vegetation, with small lakes and represents a pleasant destination for an excursion into nature.
